速報:ディズニーポリネシアンビレッジリゾート 2021年夏まで営業再開先送り

ウォルトディズニーワールドは、2021年夏までディズニーポリネシアンビレッジリゾートの営業再開先送りを発表しました。

旅行代理店各社にこのような文書が送られました。

As we continue to reopen additional Disney Resort hotels to Guests, we are modifying the reopening date for Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort which will reopen next summer. This schedule adjustment also allows us to complete some refurbishment work at the Resort hotel, including enhancements to the Great Ceremonial House and Guest rooms. We expect work to begin in early October and look forward to sharing more about these changes in the future. The Villas and Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will remain open during this refurbishment.
We understand the amount of planning that goes into a Disney vacation and we are reaching out to you about your clients with upcoming reservations that are impacted by these changes, at least four weeks before their arrival. Our Cast Members will be able to assist with modifying their reservations to other Disney Resort hotels.
ディズニーリゾートホテルの営業を再開していく中、ディズニーポリネシアンビレッジリゾートの営業再開を来年の夏へ見送ることにしました。このスケジュール調整によりロビーや、ゲストルームの拡張工事などを含む、リゾートホテル全体の改修工事を完了することができます。10月初旬から改修工事に取り掛かり、皆さんと変わっていくリゾートをシェアできることを楽しみにしています。この期間中もディズニーポリネシアンビレッジのヴィラとバンガーローは通常通り営業しています。ディズニーバケーションの計画の大変さを理解しており、ゲスト到着の４週間前に、皆様とそのクライアントに連絡しました。私たちキャストメンバーが他のリゾートへの予約変更をお手伝いすることも可能です。

ディズニーポリネシアンビレッジリゾートは、現在ディズニーバケーションクラブのゲストのみ(ヴィラ＆バンガロー)に営業再開しており、一般の営業再開は8月12日からでしたが、営業再開の予定を10月4日に先送りしていました。
