Join WDWNT as we celebrate the final IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth and the premiere of Epcot Forever with two dessert parties and a private luncheon and panel presentation with the creators of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, including Don Dorsey, Gavin Greenaway, and Kellie Coffey.
“Reflections of Forever” is a four-day event that will also feature group rides and meals as well as a new interactive team-based game developed especially for this event. The FINAL schedule is below. Please note that due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, the activities may change at any time. Whether you purchased the VIP Package, or are just attending one activity during the event, the procedure is the same. Whenever you first join us for an activity, please seek out a WDWNT staff member (with a STAFF name badge). We will scan your ticket (either the Event Registration barcode or the VIP Package barcode) and issue you a name badge and lanyard. For the panel and dessert parties, you will also need a wristband for admittance. For those events, we will scan your ticket (either the individual activity ticket barcode or the VIP Package barcode) and issue you a wristband (and name badge and lanyard if you didn’t already get one). If you are looking for us at an in-park event, look for the red WDWNT flag to locate us! If you cannot find the group, check Twitter or the WDWNT App in case the meet location was moved. Saturday September 28
7:45 AM – WIGS-Exclusive Group Breakfast at Ale & Compass Restaurant (Tickets required, see patreon.com/wdwnt). Meet just outside the restaurant at 7:40 AM.
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM – “Tapestry of Teams” Interactive Game in Epcot. Meet at World Showcase Plaza (between the two shops at the entrance to World Showcase). Look for the WDWNT flag.
9:00 PM – Group viewing of the antepenultimate presentation of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. Meet at 8:00 PM on the World Showcase Promenade across from Canada.
Sunday September 29
6:00 AM – 9:00 AM – Group visit to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge for Extra Extra Magic Hours (Disney resort guests only). Meet at the park entrance at 5:45 AM. Look for the WDWNT flag.
9:30 AM – Opening Day Skyliner Crawl departs from Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Meet at 9:15 AM outside the Skyliner station at DHS. Look for the WDWNT flag.
First stop: Group Breakfast at Landscape of Flavors at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
Second stop: Drinks at Banana Cabana at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
Third stop: Drinks at Ale & Compass Lounge at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
The remainder of the day is free time for you to enjoy seasonal favorites on your own, such as the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
Monday September 30
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM – Private Luncheon and Panel Presentation with the talented people that created IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Convention Center (Tickets required). Doors open at 9:30 AM. Please arrive no later than 9:45 AM so we can start on time. We are in the Newport East Ballroom in the Convention Center. Parking is available at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort; tell the security guard that you are attending an event at the Convention Center.
7:45 PM – Private Dessert Party at Terrace des Fleurs in Epcot for the final presentation of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth (Tickets required, now sold out). The party begins at 8:00 PM; please arrive no earlier than 7:45 PM at the top of the stairs on the island between International Gateway and the France Pavilion.
Tuesday October 1
9:00 AM – Group Rides in Epcot. Meet outside turnstiles at 8:50 PM. Look for the WDWNT flag. We will enter the park at 9:00 AM and immediately proceed to Spaceship Earth, followed by Living with the Land, then Journey into Imagination with Figment, and concluding at the Odyssey Pavilion for Walt Disney Imagineering Presents The Epcot Experience.
12:00 PM – Group Lunch at Electric Umbrella
7:45 PM – Private Dessert Party at Eau de France in Epcot for premiere presentation of Epcot Forever (Tickets required, now sold out). The party begins at 8:00 PM; please arrive no earlier than 7:45 PM at the top of the stairs on the island between International Gateway and the France Pavilion.
Registration and Tickets
In case you’ve never been to one of our events, here’s how it works:
Event registration is required to participate in any of the group activities on the event schedule. The registration fee includes participation in the interactive game (there is no separate ticket or additional fee for the game). The event registration fee covers the costs of name badges, lanyards, prizes for the game, etc. and also includes a donation to Give Kids the World.
The separately-ticketed activities require an additional ticket purchase. You must be registered for the event in order to purchase tickets for any of these extra-cost activities.
- The Private Dessert Party at Terrace des Fleurs on 9/30 includes an extravagant array of desserts, coffee, tea, and lemonade and a private viewing area for the show. A cash bar will be available. The ticket price is $99.99. (NOW SOLD OUT)
- The Luncheon and Private Panel Presentation on 9/30 includes a six-hour session with several special guests, with a buffet lunch during a break halfway through the session. The ticket price is $139.99.
- The Private Dessert Party at Eau de France on 10/1 includes an array of desserts (though not as extravagant as the previous evening), coffee, tea, and lemonade and a private viewing area for the show. A cash bar will be available. The ticket price is $79.99. (NOW SOLD OUT)
- The WIGS-Exclusive Group Breakfast at Ale & Compass Restaurant is open to WIGS members only. More information is available at https://patreon.com/wdwnt.
If you are purchasing individual event tickets, then event registration is not included but required. If you have previously registered for this event, you will have a code on your tickets that you can enter during checkout. If you have not previously registered, simply add the event registration to your cart at the same time and for the ticket code during checkout, use the code “above”.
